This decadent English Barley Wine presents a luscious sensory profile reminiscent of a liquid apple pie. The base offers deep layers of Maris Otter-derived biscuit and rich caramel, intertwined with the spicy warmth of cassia. Extensive aging in Bourbon barrels introduces sophisticated notes of charred oak, toasted vanilla, and a hint of coconut. Aromas of baked orchard fruits and dark raisins lead into a palate saturated with sticky toffee, stewed apples, and a warming spirituous character.
