This vibrant American IPA showcases a bright, lean sensory profile designed for high drinkability. Assertive aromas of pink grapefruit and lime zest from the Citra hops lead the charge, followed by Mosaic's signature notes of ripe blueberries and tropical mango. The palate follows suit, offering a punchy hop intensity supported by a clean, minimalist malt backbone that provides just enough grainy sweetness to balance the firm bitterness. As a California-inspired sessionable ale, it finishes exceptionally dry with a lingering resinous pine character, emphasizing a crisp and refreshing modern West Coast hop expression.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant, clear medium gold (approx. 6 SRM) with a medium-sized, frothy white head that exhibits good persistence and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus, tropical fruit, and berry notes. Distinct scents of grapefruit and mango are layered over a light resinous pine. Malt character is low and clean, providing a subtle grainy-sweet foundation. Fermentation is very clean with no detectable esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward and crisp. High hop flavor mirrors the aroma with citrus zest, papaya, and blueberry. Malt flavor is low, manifesting as a clean, crackery note without caramel interference. Bitterness is medium-high and firm, leading into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering hoppy and slightly resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, lean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, contributing to a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is very low, and there is no perceived astringency.
