This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, opaque straw-yellow hue topped by a dense, meringue-like white head. The sensory profile is driven by a potent thiolized yeast, amplifying the intense tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and guava. Prominent additions of Mosaic and Vic Secret hops introduce layers of ripe pineapple, mango, and zesty citrus, while Amarillo contributes a soft stone fruit and floral undertone. The palate follows with a luscious, juice-like hop expression over a lean, bready malt base. It finishes with a restrained, soft bitterness and a smooth, silky mouthfeel that emphasizes drinkability and hop saturation without sacrificing complexity.

Appearance. Color is pale straw with a significant, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous quality. It is crowned by a medium-high, rocky white head with excellent retention and fine-beaded lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, specifically passionfruit and guava, driven by thiol-releasing yeast. Complementary aromas of pineapple from Vic Secret, citrus and blueberry from Mosaic, and a subtle floral-orange note from Amarillo are present. Malt is low and neutral with no caramel character.

Taste. Leading with high-intensity fruit flavors of mango, pineapple, and tangerine. The hop flavors mirror the aroma, showcasing the complex interplay of Mosaic and Vic Secret over a soft, grainy malt backbone. Bitterness is low to medium-low, finishing off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. The beer is remarkably smooth with no hop harshness, astringency, or noticeable alcohol warmth.
