Appearance. Deep pink to reddish-orange (6-10 SRM from fruit), opaque and hazy with a dense, pink-tinted white head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma of fresh raspberry purée and sharp, tropical passion fruit. Low bready wheat malt and a distinct floral, citrusy coriander note. No hop aroma. Very clean fermentation with a light lactic tartness and no fermentation byproducts.
Taste. Bold raspberry and acidic passion fruit dominate the palate. Medium-low doughy malt flavor provides a brief cushion before sharp, lactic acidity takes over. Subtle sea salt provides a savory, mineral edge that rounds the fruit and adds complexity. Very low bitterness with no hop flavor. Finish is dry, tart, and refreshing with a lingering tropical fruit tang.
Mouthfeel. Medium body, feeling slightly fuller and more viscous due to the heavy fruit addition and mineral salt content. High carbonation provides an effervescent, tingly sensation. Low alcohol warmth. No astringency despite the fruit presence.
