This non-alcoholic Weissbier presents a vivid sensory profile, marrying traditional German wheat foundations with a bright infusion of peach and mango. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Thick, long-lasting, moussy white head with significant lacing. Hazy with a visible yeast and wheat cloudiness.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant fresh peach and ripe mango notes layered over a moderate bready, doughy wheat malt character. Subtle background hints of banana and spicy clove typical of the yeast strain. Hop aroma is nearly absent, with just a low floral hint.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of sweet peach and tropical mango fruitiness. A soft, grainy-sweet Pilsner and wheat malt flavor follows, providing a clean base. Bitterness is very low, allowing the fruit and malt to shine. Light clove and banana fermentation esters are present but secondary to the fruit additions. Finishes relatively dry and clean with a lingering fruit nectar aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, feeling slightly thinner due to the low alcohol content but retaining a fluffy, creamy fullness from the wheat. High carbonation creates a spritzy, effervescent sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
