This formidable Eisbock offers a deeply concentrated sensory experience, born from a freeze-distilled Weizenbock base. The aroma is dominated by an intense bouquet of caramel malt and chocolate malt, yielding notes of toasted crust, cocoa, and dark plums. At 15% ABV, the alcohol is prominent yet velvety, providing a significant warming sensation that integrates seamlessly with the rich, bready wheat core. The palate follows with luxurious layers of dark sugar and subtle baker's chocolate, balanced by a clean lager-like finish despite its incredible density.
