This Dunkles Bock presents a robust sensory profile defined by its deep, continental malt foundation. The character is driven by rich Munich and Vienna malts, which provide a bready-malty core layered with intense Maillard products and toasted bread crust. In line with the brewer's intent for an autumn bock, evocative notes of caramel and smooth chocolate emerge, offering a comforting sweetness that remains balanced and never cloying. A clean lager fermentation allows subtle dark fruit esters to surface, while the 7.5% ABV contributes a well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth. It finishes with a smooth, lingering maltiness typical of a well-crafted German-style lager.

Appearance. Deep copper to dark brown in color (14–22 SRM) with brilliant clarity and attractive garnet highlights. Features a large, creamy, and persistent off-white head with good lacing.

Aroma. Medium-high intensity of rich, bready malt with prominent toasty overtones and Maillard richness. Subtle notes of caramel and milk chocolate are present, alongside a faint dark fruit character. Hop aroma is absent; a clean fermentation profile is accompanied by a noticeable but smooth alcohol presence.
