The brewers experimented with different wine yeasts to discover how they influence the aroma and taste of beer. After intensive testing, they found a unique wine yeast that transforms the sugars in the wort into an explosion of fruity aromas, with surprising and complex results.

Troubadour Magma Vina surprises with an intense fruity aroma in which apricot, apple, grapes, banana, mango, and starfruit dominate. The malty character adds a soft hint of caramel and biscuit, creating a delightful balance.

The taste is lightly sweet and fruity, with a soft, full body that remains true to the character of Troubadour Magma, but is enriched with new, fresh fruit influences. The bitterness is subtly present, but it is mainly the fruitiness that lingers in the aftertaste.

A unique creation that brings together the boundaries of beer and wine – a must-try for lovers of innovative flavors!
