Radiant aromas of fleshy apricot and tart blackcurrant are amplified by the heavy tropical and citrus influence of Citra Cryo, Amarillo, and Idaho-7 hops. The wild fermentation introduces a sharp, lactic acidity that carves through the succulent fruit layers, ensuring a refreshing, summery profile. On the palate, the jammy sweetness of the fruit is transformed into a dry, complex tartness, supported by a subtle, earthy funk. Appearance. Vibrant, hazy deep orange with a soft pinkish tint; moderate, light-pink head with fair retention and slight lacing.
