Taste. Initial flavors of toasted biscuit and nutty malt from the Maris Otter. Quickly followed by dominant hop flavors of mango, peach, and tropical melon. Moderate to high bitterness provides a firm structure. The fermentation is very clean, leading into a medium-dry finish where a pleasant hop resin and citrus zest linger without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a crisp bite. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no perceived astringency.
