Pouring a brilliant pale straw, it releases a clean aroma of light, grainy-sweet malt complemented by a distinctively fresh hop bouquet featuring floral and spicy notes. Appearance. Very pale straw color (SRM 3). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that displays moderate persistence and light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Initial notes of sweet, grainy malt and hints of cracker are joined by a noticeable, fresh hop character featuring floral, herbal, and light spicy nuances. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters or phenols.
Taste. Clean and relatively neutral palate with a light grainy-sweet malt foundation. Hop flavor is more prominent than the base style average, showcasing herbal and spicy qualities. Low to medium-low bitterness provides a balanced counterpoint to the malt, leading into a crisp, very dry, and short finish.
