This modern Fruit Lambic presents a saturated and vibrant sensory profile, driven by a lush mélange of dark berries. Intense, jammy aromas of ripe raspberry and earthy blueberry lead the way, followed by the sharp, vinous tartness of blackcurrant. While the traditional funk of a lambic base provides a subtle, hay-like backdrop, it is largely softened by a contemporary sweetness and an intriguing layer of spices. At 7.2% ABV, the beer carries more weight than classic examples, offering a juicy, accessible mouthfeel where the concentrated fruit flavors harmonize with a gentle acidity, culminating in a smooth, spice-kissed finish.

Appearance. Deep ruby to dark purple with a slight haze; pours with a moderate, pink-tinted head that displays fair retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of dark fruit; dominant notes of sweet raspberry and pungent blackcurrant are joined by a lighter, jammy blueberry character. A subtle, spicy undercurrent—reminiscent of cinnamon or clove—intermingles with very low, earthy Brettanomyces funk and a clean, wheaty malt base.

Taste. The palate is immediately greeted by a burst of sweet, dark berry juice, featuring raspberry and blueberry flavors.
