‘Met KOHARU hebben we een bier gecreëerd met de Nieuw Zeelandse hoppen Nelson Sauvin en Motueka. De geselecteerde vroege harvest Motueka geeft aroma’s af van limoen, citroen en vanille. Een soort zoete, frisse citrusvrucht als we het zelf mogen geloven. De andere early harvest Nelson Sauvin heeft een knallend aroma van sauvignon blanc en passievrucht.
