This Wild Specialty Beer is a lush, sensory excursion into tropical decadence, defined by its smoothie architecture and a massive forty percent fruit addition. Vibrant dragon fruit lends a striking visual pop, while the aromatic profile is dominated by the sun-drenched synergy of tangy pineapple and rich coconut. The addition of banana provides a dense, creamy foundation that rounds out the sharp lactic acidity of the fermentation. It is a bold, dessert-leaning ale where the exotic fruit character takes center stage, supported by a subtle, underlying tartness that ensures a refreshing finish despite its substantial, velvety and viscous texture.

Appearance. Opaque, turbid, and viscous with a deep, vibrant magenta to neon pink hue. Pours with a thick, frothy, pink-tinted head that shows moderate to low retention, often leaving a pulpy residue on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh, acidic pineapple and sweet, creamy banana. Distinctive notes of shredded coconut provide a rich, tropical layer, while dragon fruit adds a subtle, earthy-sweet undertone. Fermentation character is lactic and tart; hop and malt aromas are absent.

Taste. An immediate explosion of tart pineapple and exotic dragon fruit, quickly followed by the mellow sweetness of ripe banana. The coconut provides a smooth, fatty richness that balances the moderate lactic acidity. Hop bitterness is nearly non-existent, allowing the fruit sugars and fermentation acids to define the balance. The finish is lingering and fruit-forward, reminiscent of a tropical puree.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied, viscous, and exceptionally creamy. Carbonation is moderate to low, providing a slight lift to the heavy, smoothie-like texture. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated; no astringency is present despite the high fruit concentration.
