This decadent Wild Specialty Beer presents a vivid dessert-like experience, merging an intense eighteen-percent fruit blend with rich confectionery elements. Dominated by luscious cherries and raspberries, the profile is deepened by earthy blackcurrant, blueberries, and redcurrant, creating a multi-dimensional berry tartness. Freshly roasted cacao nibs provide a robust chocolate backbone, while a generous addition of lactose yields a silky, heavy texture. The wild fermentation lends a structured acidity that cuts through the creamy sweetness, balancing the high alcohol content for a complex, indulgent finish that transitions from bright, zesty fruit to smooth, lingering cocoa.

Cherry Choco Creampie wordt gebrouwen door contractbrouwerij Lost uit Alkmaar. Brouwerij Lost: ‘Hier ons vloeibare kersen-chocoladetaartje; een samenwerking met niemand minder dan DIDKO uit Oekraïne! Dus, zin in een heerlijke fruited pastry sour? Dan zit je met CCC goed. We hebben écht abnormaal veel fruit gebruikt in dit bier. Op 900L zijn er namelijk 120kg Morellen kersen en 72 kilogram bosvruchten (aardbei, bosbessen, bramen, frambozen, zwarte bessen en rode bessen) toegevoegd. Daarmee is deze sour goed voor een fruitgehalte van wel 21%. Het gemiddelde Nederlandse fruitbier of fruited sour bevat doorgaans een fruitgehalte van 10 tot 17%. Daarmee is CCC dus een stuk fruitiger! In het bier hebben we daarnaast lactose verwerkt, zodat we een dik mondgevoel in het bier kunnen creëren en jou die toetjeservaring te geven. En het is natuurlijk geen kersen-chocolade taartje als we niet met chocola hebben gewerkt. We hebben het bier ook nog eens een week lang op vers geroosterde cacaonibs laten rijpen, zodat je een lichte hint van donkere chocolade in het bier krijgt. Geniet ervan!’
