This Hazy IPA captures the essence of sunshine with a vibrant, juice-like profile driven by the quintessential duo of Mosaic and Citra hops. It opens with an explosion of tropical sensations, featuring ripe mango and passion fruit intertwined with bright citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. The grain bill provides a soft, bready foundation that supports the intense hop character without adding cloying sweetness. A fruity yeast strain polishes the finish, leaving a refreshing and clean aftertaste.
