Kees Double Haze New England DIPA is een troebel gele New England double india pale ale, gebrouwen in Nederland. Deze variant wordt gemaakt met behulp van drie soorten mout (Golden Promise, haver en tarwe) met drie soorten hop (Citra, Idaho7 en Mosaic). Hierdoor heeft hij een vollere body dan je zou verwachten, met een waanzinnig fruitige smaak. Rijk aan frisse citrus die een licht harsachtige ondertoon met zich meedraagt. Afgesloten door een aangenaam bittere afdronk, met een nasleep van dennen. Kees Double Haze New England DIPA heeft een alcoholpercentage van 8,5%.

Double Haze di Brouwerij Kees è una Double New England IPA da 8, 5% ABV, intensa, torbida e tropicale, pensata per chi ama le birre luppolate dal corpo pieno e dal profilo aromatico esplosivo. Evoluzione della celebre Hazy Sunrise, questa birra ne amplifica ogni caratteristica: più alcol, più luppolo, più succosità. Brassata con una doppia dose di dry hopping, Double Haze sprigiona sentori avvolgenti di mango, ananas, pompelmo e frutta tropicale, con un amaro delicato (20 IBU) che lascia spazio alla dolcezza maltata e alla morbidezza del corpo. Si presenta giallo torbido, con una schiuma cremosa e persistente. Il mouthfeel è vellutato e rotondo, rendendo ogni sorso pieno e soddisfacente. Nonostante la gradazione alcolica elevata, la birra mantiene una buona bevibilità grazie al suo equilibrio tra intensità e freschezza. Disponibile in lattina da 33 cl, Double Haze è ideale da gustare tra i 12 e i 16 °C, da sola o in abbinamento a piatti speziati, burger gourmet o cucina fusion.
