This session-strength American IPA is a vibrant tropical collaboration between Brouwerij Kees and Dutch Bargain. Sabro hops lead the sensory experience, delivering distinctive cream-of-coconut and ripe pineapple notes, while Sorachi Ace provides a bright, citrus-fresh contrast of lemon zest and subtle herbal lemongrass. Despite its modest 4.5% ABV, it maintains an assertive hop profile. The "Cold IPA" influence ensures a bone-dry, crispy finish with a lean malt backbone that highlights the exotic fruit character. It is exceptionally refreshing, balancing intense tropical fruitiness with a clean, snappy bitterness that invites another sip.
