This Specialty IPA presents an effervescent and highly attenuated profile, characteristic of the Brut style. At 8% ABV, it balances a light, crisp structure with a potent punch of American hops. The sensory journey is dominated by vibrant tropical fruit and bright citrus notes, complemented by a sophisticated hint of white grape. Its bone-dry finish and high carbonation create a champagne-like elegance, stripping away malt sweetness to allow the aromatic hop oils to shine. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, mousse-like white head with fine bubbles and excellent lacing.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring bright citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and tropical fruit (mango). Distinctive white grape notes are prominent. Neutral malt profile with no toasted or caramel character. Very clean fermentation with no esters.
Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and crisp. Dominant hop flavors of citrus and tropical fruit are joined by a subtle vinous white grape character. Low to moderate bitterness that is clean and lacks any harshness. Complete absence of malt sweetness or graininess. Finish is very short, dry, and refreshing.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a thin, watery texture. High carbonation providing a prickly, effervescent sensation. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. No astringency.
