This Belgian Tripel presents a masterfully balanced profile that belies its potent strength. Built on a traditional foundation of Pilsner malt and Belgian candi sugar, the beer radiates a complex aromatic bouquet of peppery phenols and citrusy esters, a direct result of a specific Belgian yeast fermented warm. Three European hop varieties contribute a subtle, floral counterpoint to the soft, honey-like grain sweetness. Effervescent and bright, it delivers a firm bitterness and a remarkably dry finish. The sensory experience is defined by its deceptive drinkability, where spicy warmth and crisp carbonation harmoniously mask the substantial gravity and alcohol.

Appearance. Deep yellow to pale gold in color with brilliant clarity. Features a long-lasting, creamy, and rocky white head that leaves characteristic Belgian lacing on the glass. Highly effervescent with visible rising carbonation.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex, seamless bouquet. Strong spicy, peppery phenols and moderate fruity esters reminiscent of orange peel and lemon. Low, perfumy floral hop character from European varieties. Light malt sweetness with a soft, grainy, honey-like impression and a very subtle, soft alcoholic warmth.
