Pillow Talk is a quintessential Hazy IPA that prioritizes a soft, pillowy texture and vibrant hop expression. The sensory profile is led by the dual influence of Simcoe and Eclipse hops, which deliver a complex bouquet of mandarin orange, zesty citrus peel, and ripe passion fruit, underpinned by a subtle, fresh pine needle resin. Its appearance is a striking, opaque pale gold with a thick, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the experience is decidedly juicy and fruit-forward, balancing low perceived bitterness with a grainy, bready malt foundation. This beer finishes smooth and off-dry, highlighting a modern, approachable profile that emphasizes hop depth over sharp intensity.

Appearance. Color is a pale straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a characteristic shine. It features a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mandarin, passion fruit, and citrus peel, supported by a light background of fresh pine.
