Love At First Sight is a commanding New England Double IPA that prioritizes a lush, juice-forward profile. It pours with a signature dense haze and a creamy white head. The aroma is a tropical explosion of ripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet orange, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the experience is silky and substantial, delivering layers of stone fruit and citrus juice with a restrained, smooth bitterness that belies its 8.5% strength. The finish is remarkably clean for such a big beer, leaving a lingering impression of tropical nectar and a gentle, well-integrated alcoholic warmth that enhances its overall depth.

Appearance. 4-7 SRM. Hazy to opaque pale gold with a thick, persistent, mousse-like white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and stone fruit (peach) characteristics. A soft, grainy, bready malt sweetness provides a supportive background, accompanied by a lightly fruity fermentation profile with hints of apricot.

Taste. Initial impression is of lush tropical juice. Dominant hop flavors of passionfruit, guava, and citrus zest. Bitterness is moderate but soft and lacks any harshness. A creamy, bready malt base provides balance. The finish is medium-dry with a long-lasting fruity aftertaste and a clean, smooth alcohol presence.
