Easy Does It presents as a lusciously hazy Double IPA that serves as a showcase for the versatile Mosaic hop. The sensory profile is headlined by an intense aromatic burst of tropical fruit, specifically ripe papaya and mango, accented by Mosaic’s signature notes of blueberry and a subtle, earthy pine resin. Despite its 8.4% ABV, the beer maintains a soft, approachable character typical of New England-style interpretations. A pale, grainy malt backbone provides a clean foundation without adding cloying sweetness. The finish is remarkably smooth, featuring a restrained bitterness that allows the vibrant berry and stone fruit flavors to linger.

Appearance. Hazy, deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM) with a thick, persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, alongside distinct blueberry, tangerine, and a faint floral hint. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as light cracker or bready dough. Fermentation is clean with very low alcohol notes.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit juice, followed by complex flavors of blueberry, peach, and citrus zest from the Mosaic hops. Malt flavor is low and soft, supporting the hops with a light bready character. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, lacking any harshness.
