This Belgian Tripel presents a robust sensory profile designed for cold winters yet remains approachable in the sun. Pouring a distinctive amber, it deviates slightly from paler versions with a foundation of lightly roasted malts and rich toffee. The aroma is a complex tapestry of peppery phenolics and fruity esters, featuring prominent dried citrus and caramelized banana.
