This American Amber Ale presents a warm and inviting sensory profile defined by a robust malt core. Aromas of deep caramel and toasted bread crust lead the way, supported by a subtle, underlying fruitiness and low-intensity citrus and pine hop notes characteristic of New World varieties. On the palate, an initial malty sweetness delivers rich flavors of caramel and biscuit, which are quickly balanced by a firm and lingering hop bitterness. The transition from the warm, toasted malt accents to a clean, moderately dry finish creates a satisfyingly complex experience.
