Brouwerij Dilewyns es una fábrica de cerveza propiedad de una joven familia joven surgida de la pasión por la cerveza del fundador Vincent Dilewyns y sus cuatro hijas.
En 2005 nacieron las primeras cervezas Vicaris. Después de 5 años de éxito, la familia Dilewyns montó su propia cervecería ultra-moderna en Dendermonde.
Hoy en día, la fábrica de cerveza está dirigida por Vincenty dos de sus hijas, Anne -Catherine y Claire Dilewyns.
La cervecería familiar elabora cinco cervezas : Vicaris Tripel , Vicaris Generaal , Vicaris iWinter , Vicaris Tripel / Gueuze y Vicaris Quinto.
