Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-14 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thin, bright white head that shows moderate to low retention and minimal lacing.
Aroma. High intensity with prominent Chardonnay grape characteristics featuring notes of ripe pear, green apple, and white flowers. Malt aroma is restrained and crackery, while hops are nearly absent, allowing a faint, earthy yeast character to emerge alongside tropical pineapple esters.
Taste. Leading with a medium-high vinous intensity, the flavor profile is dominated by white grape must, peach, and apricot. The malt provides a light, bready support without lingering sweetness. Hop bitterness is very low, serving only to balance the profile. The finish is notably dry and clean with a refreshing, light tartness and no diacetyl.
