This Double IPA is a sophisticated sensory experience, showcasing an intricate blend of Loral, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. A clean, grainy-sweet malt foundation allows the hop profile to shine, delivering a punchy bouquet of tropical mango, ripe blueberry, and zesty orange. The inclusion of Loral adds a nuanced layer of floral and herbal pepperiness that balances the fruit-forward character. At 8.4% ABV, the beer offers a smooth, integrated warmth that enhances its bold presence. While leaning into its 'juicy' description, it maintains the classic firm bitterness and dry finish expected of the style, resulting in a complex, aromatic, and dangerously drinkable ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Displays slight haze consistent with its juicy character but retains good overall clarity.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and floral blossoms. Mosaic provides blueberry and mango cues, while Amarillo adds sweet orange. Loral contributes a subtle spicy, herbal undertone. Low, neutral, bready malt supports the hops without competition. Very low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of citrus and tropical hop flavors. Strong bitterness is firm and clean, roughly 75 IBU, without being harsh. Malt flavor is low and bready, serving only to support the hop saturation. Mosaic-driven berry and Amarillo orange dominate the mid-palate. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste and a clean fermentation profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high, providing a crisp lift to the palate. Well-integrated, restrained alcohol warmth is present but never hot or solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
