This indulgent American Stout presents a decadent sensory profile inspired by blueberry cheesecake pancakes. A robust foundation of dark roasted malts offers deep notes of bittersweet chocolate and espresso, which are seamlessly integrated with a vibrant, jammy blueberry fruitiness. The addition of vanilla provides a sweet, aromatic lift, while mascarpone contributes a distinctively creamy, rich mouthfeel reminiscent of a luxury dessert. At 10% ABV, the beer delivers a smooth, warming sensation that balances the high malt intensity. While the hop character is understated, a firm underlying bitterness provides structure against the lush sweetness of the pancake and cheesecake elements, resulting in a complex, lingering finish.

Appearance. Jet black (40 SRM) and opaque. Pours with a dense, persistent, light-brown head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
