Sintermerte Herfstbok is a quintessential Dutch take on the Dunkles Bock, presenting a deeply aromatic profile centered on rich Maillard complexity. Using a base of Munich and Vienna malts, it delivers a robust bouquet of toasted bread and dark caramel. A subtle, nuanced hint of coffee provides a unique seasonal twist, complementing the clean lager fermentation. Appearance. Medium brown color (SRM 18-20) with attractive garnet highlights. The beer is clear with a large, creamy, persistent off-white head that leaves moderate lacing.

Aroma. Medium-high intensity rich bready-malty aroma with pronounced toasty overtones. Clean lager character with secondary notes of dark caramel and a subtle, aromatic coffee-like presence. No hop aroma and very low dark fruit esters.
