This sophisticated Belgian Tripel offers a bold sensory experience, elevated by five months of whisky barrel maturation. The initial pour reveals a complex bouquet where traditional peppery phenols and citrusy esters—reminiscent of orange peel—intertwine with rich notes of toasted oak and smooth whisky. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, the beer provides a grainy-sweet foundation that supports the infusion of vanilla and spirituous warmth. On the palate, the interplay of firm bitterness and a dry finish is softened by the barrel's influence, creating a layered profile of spice, honeyed malt, and lingering oak character.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (6-7 SRM) with excellent clarity. It features a persistent, creamy, white rocky head that leaves significant lacing, supported by a lively, effervescent carbonation.
Aroma. High intensity; a seamless blend of spicy, peppery phenols and fruity esters like lemon and ripe orange. This is complemented by distinct aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, and a subtle spirituous whisky note. The underlying malt is light and honey-like.

Deze Whisky Barrel Aged blonde tripel werd gebotteld in 75cl flessen, voorzien van een goudkleurige halscapsule, en kreeg de naam ‘Ne SUPER Gevaarleuke’.
