This Abbey Tripel presents a classic donkerblond profile, balancing monastic complexity with exceptional drinkability. A foundation of soft, honey-like Pilsner malt provides a delicate sweetness that is quickly superseded by a vibrant bouquet of peppery phenols and citrusy esters, reminiscent of lemon peel and subtle ripe banana. The fermentation character is refined, offering a seamless blend of spicy yeast notes and a faint floral, Continental hop presence.
