L'Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N° 4 è un blend di Lambic invecchiati uno, due e tre anni e poi maturato in botti di rovere. L'imbottigliamento è avvenuto il 29 novembre 2017 e per due anni ha continuato a maturare in bottiglia in condizioni ottimali, presso il birrificio prima della commercializzazione delle stesse. L'assemblaggio del Lambic è stato realizzato per ottenere una Gueuze vecchio stile, equilibrata, rotonda e complessa, con un lungo retrogusto asciutto. Le note agrodolci di agrumi e mele verdi così come il carattere frizzante sono tipiche di questa edizione.
