Aftershock is a vibrant American IPA that radiates with a modern hop profile. Utilizing Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca, it delivers an intense sensory experience defined by layers of tropical fruit and bright citrus. The Citra hops provide a sharp grapefruit zest, while Mosaic contributes complex notes of ripe berries and earthy pine. Azacca rounds out the profile with a distinct mango and papaya sweetness. Appearance. Pours a medium gold (7 SRM) with a brilliant clarity. Topped by a medium-sized, white, persistent head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, mango, and tropical stone fruit with a subtle underlying pine resin. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral base, while fermentation remains clean with negligible esters.
