Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen Speling van het Lot XI.xiii: Pruim Queen Victoria

3 Fonteinen macerated Queen Victoria plums from a small Limbourg organic farm on an oak barrel for six months to create this small batch of Pruim. For the maceration and blending process, they utilised two-year and three-year-old lambikken, resulting in a weighted average age of over 26 months. The final fruit intensity of this Pruim is 323 grams of fruit per litre. Notably, 80% of the cereals used for the brews were sourced in Pajottenland, making it 100% 3 Fonteinen.
