This modern interpretation of a German Pils showcases the vibrant influence of Eldorado hops against a crisp, traditional backbone. Brilliant straw in appearance, it delivers an aromatic bouquet where tropical fruit and stone fruit notes from the Eldorado variety dance over a delicate layer of grainy, cracker-like Pilsner malt. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that quickly cleanses the initial doughy sweetness, leading into a refreshing and bone-dry finish. Effervescent carbonation enhances its drinkability, while subtle herbal undertones provide a classic European touch to this contemporary, hop-forward lager that remains highly structured and refreshing.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity; large, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high hop aroma characterized by tropical fruit, pear, and stone fruit from Eldorado hops, alongside a subtle floral and spicy backdrop. Low grainy-sweet, doughy malt character; clean fermentation profile.
