This West Coast-inspired American IPA presents a bold, hop-forward profile led by the classic pairing of Citra and Mosaic. High-intensity aromatics burst with notes of bright grapefruit, mango, and a distinct resinous pine. On the palate, a lean, grainy malt backbone allows the aggressive bitterness to take center stage, finishing crisp and decidedly dry. The Citra hops provide a sharp citrus edge, while the Mosaic variety contributes layers of tropical fruit and subtle berry undertones. At 7.2% ABV, it carries a well-integrated warmth that complements its assertive character, embodying the clean, bitter, and punchy essence of the style.

Appearance. Color is deep gold to pale amber (approx. 7–9 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant citrus zest, pine resin, and tropical notes of mango and blueberry. Malt character is low and clean, providing a slight crackery background. Fermentation profile is neutral with no significant esters.
