Sunfire is an expressive Hazy IPA that radiates a lush, tropical intensity through its complex hop profile. A heavy dry-hop regimen featuring Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin leads with vibrant notes of crushed gooseberry, white wine grapes, and ripe pineapple. Idaho-7 and Mosaic deepen the sensory complexity with layers of fuzzy apricot, resinous blueberry, and bright citrus zest. A subtle, creamy hint of coconut from Sabro floats over a soft, bready malt base. This beer exemplifies the style's signature juicy character, delivering a saturated fruit experience with a pillowy texture and a restrained, smooth finish that elegantly masks its strength.

Appearance. Pale gold with an orange hue (5 SRM); deep, opaque haze with a luminous glow. Features a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with high retention and thick, decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity and profoundly fruit-forward. Dominant aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, and white grape are supported by secondary notes of ripe peach and a whisper of coconut. Malt character is low, presenting as fresh bread dough and sweet grain, providing a clean foundation for the explosive hop oils.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice, featuring mango, apricot, and gooseberry flavors. The hop complexity is immense, blending berry-like qualities with distinct white wine character. Malt flavors are subtle and bready, balancing the low perceived bitterness.
