This vibrant American IPA showcases the vivid, raw intensity of Yakima Chief’s frozen fresh hop cones. Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic provide an explosive sensory experience, delivering layers of resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, and lush tropical mango. The "So Cold" moniker hints at a crisp, exceptionally clean fermentation that allows the harvest-fresh character of the Wyckoff farm hops to dominate the palate. A lean, pale malt base provides a subtle, bready foundation without distracting from the aggressive bitterness. It finishes bone-dry and remarkably refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of citrus peel and forest needles on the tongue, epitomizing the fresh hop harvest.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, persistent white head that leaves intricate lacing as it recedes.
