The complex grain bill featuring Vienna malt and Crystal DRC provides a deep foundation of treacle, toffee, and dark fruit. This sweetness is masterfully countered by the campfire and resinous pine notes of Lapsang tea and the medicinal edge of Peated malt. East Kent Goldings hops contribute a subtle earthy spice, while the Whisky barrel aging adds layers of charred oak and vanilla.
