Brobarnia Munich Rubia is a soulful expression of the Munich Dunkel style, defined by a sophisticated selection of German malts. This dark lager greets the senses with the comforting aroma of freshly baked black bread and toasted crusts, complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and hazelnut. On the palate, it delivers a rich, bready sweetness that avoids any harsh roasted or burnt character, maintaining a smooth and elegant profile. The fermentation is exceptionally clean, allowing the malt complexity to take center stage. With a restrained bitterness and a medium-full body, it concludes with a satisfyingly crisp, medium-dry finish that emphasizes its traditional lager roots.
