Appearance. Very pale straw (SRM 2). Clear to brilliant clarity. Briskly rising bubbles support a white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity. Dominant notes of fresh grain and a subtle, sourdough-like breadiness. Hop character is light but distinct, offering zesty citrus and a hint of floral spice. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. A moderately-low grainy sweetness persists, bolstered by a unique bready quality from the recycled ingredients. Hop flavor is low, manifesting as light lemon peel. Bitterness is low, providing just enough balance against the malt. Finishes very dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste.
