This vibrant Gose collaboration captures a playful balance between sharp acidity and savory undertones. The sensory experience is dominated by the bright, fresh tartness of real cherries, which provides a vivid fruit profile atop a soft, bready wheat malt base. A restrained addition of sea salt cuts through the fruit, providing a mouthwatering, mineral finish that enhances the crispness of the palate.
