BRLO BÄNG BOOM BÄNG is a vibrant Hazy IPA that transports the palate to a tropical paradise. This juice-forward brew leverages the unique profiles of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from New Zealand alongside Australian Galaxy hops. The result is an explosion of crushed white grapes, zesty lime, and lush passion fruit. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a soft, glowing hue. A pillowy malt backbone provides a smooth canvas for the intense hop saturation, while the bitterness remains restrained to emphasize the succulent, "juicy" fruit character. It finishes with a clean, fruity linger, embodying the refreshing yet impactful spirit of a New England-style ale.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to pale gold with a significant, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous quality. Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with passion fruit and peach from the Galaxy hops, layered with the distinctive gooseberry and white wine notes of Nelson Sauvin. Motueka contributes a bright lime zest and tropical citrus edge. The malt is a subtle background of neutral grain and light bread, keeping the focus entirely on the hop-derived esters.

Taste. Massive tropical and stone fruit flavors dominate the initial impression. Pronounced notes of passion fruit and pineapple transition into the white wine-like complexity of Nelson Sauvin and the citrus snap of Motueka. Bitterness is low to medium, serving only to balance the soft malt sweetness. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering "juicy" aftertaste devoid of hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, creamy mouthfeel without any astringency. The 6% ABV provides a very light, well-integrated warmth that supports the fruitiness.
