This vibrant American IPA delivers a sensory experience centered on a complex hop quartet of Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, and Mosaic. A bright bouquet of floral notes, grapefruit citrus, and ripe tropical fruit leads the charge, supported by a sturdy malt backbone that provides a touch of honeyed sweetness. Appearance. Medium gold (5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of grapefruit, orange peel, and floral blossoms, complemented by Mosaic-driven tropical notes of mango. A low, clean, bready malt scent provides a supportive foundation.
Taste. Initial impression is a punch of citrus and tropical fruit hops. A medium-low toasted malt sweetness balances the firm, clean 50 IBU bitterness. Flavors of pine and resin emerge mid-palate, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.
