Our rich, luscious, Imperial Stout base aged 6 months in hand selected, freshly emptied, Bourbon Barrels from A. Smith Bowman Distillery and conditioned on pounds of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee Beans that were roasted specially for us by our friends at Roast’d. The 2021 vintage exhibits notes of dark chocolates, cocoa powder, burnt brown sugar, and roasted hazelnuts with a hint of dark berries.
