Little Ferry Light is a quintessential American Light Lager designed for ultimate drinkability and refreshment. It pours a brilliant, very pale straw with a fleeting white, frothy head. The aroma is intentionally subtle, offering faint grainy-sweet notes and a touch of neutral Rice adjunct character against a clean, professional fermentation profile. On the palate, it is exceptionally crisp and dry, featuring a neutral malt base with virtually no hop bitterness or lingering flavor. The high carbonation provides a refreshing, prickly snap on the tongue, leading to a short, clean finish that underscores the beer's thirst-quenching, low-calorie profile.
Appearance. Very pale straw (approx. 2 SRM). Brilliant clarity. White, frothy head with low persistence and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity. Subtle grainy and sweet malt notes. Clean fermentation with no esters. A very faint, nearly imperceptible herbal hop presence is optional but the profile remains largely neutral.
Taste. Neutral and crisp palate. Low grain flavor with a dry, clean finish. Hop bitterness is very low, providing just enough balance to avoid a cloying sensation. No significant hop flavor or fermentation byproducts.
Mouthfeel. Very light body, approaching watery. High carbonation with a noticeable carbonic bite. No alcohol warmth.
