The aroma is dominated by the specific interplay of Azacca and Mosaic hops, delivering layers of ripe mango, papaya, and a distinct tropical candy sweetness. A lean, bready malt backbone provides a clean foundation, ensuring the New World hop character remains the focus. While lighter in intensity than high-gravity examples, it maintains a punchy hop presence with a crisp, refreshing finish. The use of Mosaic specifically adds a berry-like complexity that softens the profile, resulting in a highly approachable, fruit-forward ale with a dry, clean aftertaste.
Appearance. Color is medium gold with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized white head with good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of mango, papaya, and tropical fruit candy driven by Azacca and Mosaic. Low, clean, bready maltiness supports the hop presentation with a very clean fermentation profile.
