Wheat Dream presents an ethereal take on the classic Witbier, centering on a soft, pillowy texture and bright aromatics. A base of unmalted wheat provides a grainy, bready foundation with whispers of honey, while zesty orange peel and coriander offer a perfume of citrus and herbal spice. The yeast contributes light phenols that dance alongside the spice additions, creating a layered, refreshing bouquet. Appearance. Very pale straw with a distinct milky, whitish-yellow haze. Crowning the glass is a dense, white, moussy head that exhibits excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready wheat and light grainy malt. Dominant notes of zesty, sweet orange peel are complemented by a perfumy, peppery coriander. Low esters provide a background of honey and vanilla.
