This Straight Sour Beer delivers a high-impact sensory experience defined by its assertive lactic acidity and intense fruit profile. Appearance. Very pale straw color (2-3 SRM); hazy to somewhat clear. Features a large, dense white head with poor retention that fades quickly to a thin collar; highly effervescent.

Aroma. High intensity of sharply sour lactic acid. Strong fruit character featuring notes of lemon, tart apple, and apricot. Malt is subtle with a clean, crackery, and biscuity profile. No hop aroma or fermentation funk is present.

Taste. Dominated by a clean, powerful lactic sourness that is sharp but not vinegary. Low bready and grainy malt flavors provide a brief backdrop before the acidity takes over. Fruit flavors are pronounced, leaning toward citrus and green pome fruits. Hop bitterness is undetectable, leading to a very crisp, off-dry, and refreshing finish with a lingering tartness.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with high carbonation that creates a prickly, lively sensation. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. Features a crisp, tongue-tingling acidity and no astringency.
